Return and Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 30 days from the day of purchase for a full refund. 

As a customer, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your order. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

We only accept returns at the address provided by customer service team. If you send a return to any other address or if you refuse the order upon its arrival, a refund will not be provided.


Sale and promotional items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be returned for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be returned, unless faulty or damaged during transportation.

Faulty products:

If any of the products are found to be faulty, they can be returned for a full refund or replacement within 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, faulty products cannot be refunded but will be replaced, upon request.

The following applies only to our UK customers:

We allow return of certain product within 14 days of delivery according to distance selling regulations. Please be advised sealed products are exempt from distance selling regulations for health and hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery according to: 

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013​, Regulation 28, Clause 3a.

For your reference, all our IPL products come sealed.
