This will activate your money-back guarantee. Please note, that if your guarantee is not registered as per this step it will be deemed invalid.

3. Trial our handset for at least 70 days from the date of purchase, but for no more than 90 days.

4. You must complete at least 7 treatments and take a picture of the areas you are treating before each session. Remember that you should shave before every session.

5. If there are no noticeable results in hair reduction, you can send us 7 photos by email to support@diamondskinpro.co along with your order number and we will assess your request.

6. All 90-day money-back guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 90 days of receipt of your handset.

7. ALL images MUST have valid time and date stamps. If your request does not meet the criteria of this policy, you will not be approved for a refund.

8. Once approved for a refund, you will need to return the product (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our support team representative.

9. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
