Return and Refund Policy
Return cost and address:
As a customer, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your order. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
We only accept returns at the address provided by customer service team. If you send a return to any other address or if you refuse the order upon its arrival, a refund will not be provided.
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
Diamond IPL Pro can only be returned for a refund as part of 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. That means you would need to use the product for a minimum of 70-90 days documenting your progress before you can return it. Please see the full terms here.
Exemption:
On occasion we might be able to approve your return request as long as its submitted within 30 days of purchase as long as the products are still sealed and were not unboxed or used. Please submit your request to customer service team at support@diamondskinpro.co.
Faulty products:
If any of the products are found to be faulty, they can be returned for a full refund or replacement within 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, faulty products cannot be refunded but will be replaced, upon request, if the fault developed within 12 months of order delivery.
Distance selling regulations (UK customers only):
Please be advised sealed products are exempt from distance selling regulations for health and hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery according to:
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Regulation 28, Clause 3a.
For your reference, all our IPL products come sealed.
