Return and Refund Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us within 30 days since the day of purchase for a full refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you provided us with incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the product has been sent back to us, we will provide the refund less £8.99 per product to cover shipping fee, return, handling and carrier's storage fees.
If the postman missed you at the address and you failed to arrange re-delivery or collect the item from your local collection point within the allowed period of 18 days and the product has been shipped back to us, then deduction of £8.99 will apply to your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale and promotional items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or promotional items (i.e. free gift, just pay shipping, items on sale) cannot be refunded, unless faulty or damaged during transportation.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
