Return and Refund Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 30 days from the day of purchase for a full refund.
As a customer, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your order. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
We only accept returns at the address provided by customer service team. If you send a return to any other address or if you refuse the order upon its arrival, a refund will not be provided.
Sale and promotional items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be returned for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be returned, unless faulty or damaged during transportation.
(UK customers: all our products are excluded from distance selling regulations under the Consumer Act 2015, which means a 14-day return does not apply to our sale items. Regular-priced items can still be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.)
