Important Shipping Notice: Due to exceptionally high demand we are running low on stock and most orders placed on or after the 30th of September 2022 will be dispatched on or just after the 5th of October 2022.

SHIPPING METHOD:

Our suppliers and warehouses are situated in China and we use YunExpress Priority shipping method for most products and countries. 

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. Once we sent the second email, you can start tracking the order on our website tracking page.

The time frame for order delivery:

  • Processing time:  All orders are processed Monday to Friday within 24 hours after the order is placed. If for any reason you need to cancel your order or amend order details you can do it within 10 minutes of placing the order using the links on the "Thank You" page or via order confirmation email which will be sent to you immediately after purchase.
    • Shipping time: Below are the shipping times adjusted to the current COVID-19 delays. As time goes by we will monitor the progress and will update this information accordingly. If you buy several different products, they might be dispatched from different warehouses and will arrive separately and at different times.  
    🇬🇧United Kingdom: 7-12 Days
    🇺🇸United States: 10-15 Days
    🇨🇦Canada: 12-16 Days
    🇦🇺Australia: 12-16 Days
    🇪🇺Europe: 10-12 Days

    If you have not received your order within the maximum of 30 days from the day of purchase please contact us for further help at support@diamondskinpro.co

    If you provided us with incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the product has been sent back to us, we will arrange re-delivery to your preferred address upon your instruction, once the shipping and handling fee of £8.99 is covered by you here: Shipping & Handling Fee. If as a result of providing the incorrect address your order gets delivered elsewhere, it's a customer's responsibility to retrieve it. The refunds are not provided in this instance.

    Please note, this is your responsibility as a customer to track your order or reach out to our support team if there are any issues with the tracking. If the postman missed you at the address, they will not always leave a calling card. This has been very common during these times due to staff shortage and increase volume of work load for local postmen. If delivery failed the order will be sent to your local delivery office where it will be commonly held for the period of 7-18 days. In certain cases the package may be destroyed following the expiration of the collection period in which case the refund will not be provided.
